WHAT IS CHALLENGE YOUR PEERS?

The Challenge Your Peers session offers you the opportunity to engage in an interactive exchange with peers and solution providers. The topics reflect different relevant challenges in the industry. Together with the moderator, you will develop questions and solutions and record the resulatet of this discussion on a mindmap. Take the opportunity to put your knowledge, ideas and answers to the test in a competent round and expand your knowledge in the dialogue.

WHAT IS THE PROCESS?

Participants choose their roundtable at their own discretion. Each session is led by a moderator who first introduces the discussion and then moderates it. The key questions for the discussion are already recorded on the bulletin boards provided. All participants can thus exchange ideas on the respective topic, contribute individual aspects and needs, and discuss new concepts. The aim is to arrive at innovative approaches and solutions as a group and, at the same time, to maintain direct contact with colleagues.
