To prepare an enterprise for AI, it’s crucial to modify the organizational structure and architecture for data and process-driven AI readiness. This change involves transitioning from monolithic and component-based Customer Software to flexible value chains that exploit the capabilities of artificial intelligence. These capabilities include machine learning, integration patterns, and data-driven decision making. Consequently, processes become traceable, reproducible, and monitorable, promoting continuous improvements and compliance with regulations like the EU AI Act. This presentation will exhibit our newly developed AI infrastructure and AI-centric company architecture.
Benjamin Wolters is Head of Artificial Intelligence Platform at Rosen Group since June 2021.
