To prepare an enterprise for AI, it’s crucial to modify the organizational structure and architecture for data and process-driven AI readiness. This change involves transitioning from monolithic and component-based Customer Software to flexible value chains that exploit the capabilities of artificial intelligence. These capabilities include machine learning, integration patterns, and data-driven decision making. Consequently, processes become traceable, reproducible, and monitorable, promoting continuous improvements and compliance with regulations like the EU AI Act.
