Disputes and conflicts are important for our development. But sometimes they take too long or even escalate. Then it is essential to have effective resolution methods like mediation in place. It is difficult to ensure this because there are too few trained and certified mediators.
However, with the advent of recent AI developments, a solution for this problem was developed: the Sofortmediation (in English: Prompt Mediation). The presentation will be about this solution; the benefits and challenges of using AI as a mediator between multiple parties (in an enterprise, e.g.) will also be discussed.
