In addition to his role at Globant, Rafael is the managing director of Klinik am Aasee, a private clinic he has successfully led since 2017. His dual experience in the technology and healthcare sectors gives him a unique perspective on integrating digital solutions with operational excellence, particularly in highly regulated industries.
His career spans executive roles as Chief Data Officer at AUTO1 Group and Delta Car Trade Switzerland, where he developed and implemented data strategies that boosted operational
efficiency, optimized customer experiences, and enabled data-driven decision-making. Rafael has a proven track record of building data teams and infrastructures from the ground up, guiding unicorn startups through IPOs, and leading large-scale cloud transformations. With deep expertise in Python, cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud), Big Data, and advanced analytics, Rafael is passionate about translating complex data into strategic insights. His focus on data governance, compliance, and cybersecurity ensures robust and scalable data ecosystems.
