Mustika first discovered how data analytics can be beneficial for business when she worked as a social media specialist for an e-commerce company in Indonesia. She was fascinated by how sentiment analysis could be applied to social media data, helping her team measure the success of their social media campaigns. This experience led her to pursue a career in data analytics, prompting her to move to Germany to complete her Master's degree in Computer Science at TU Munich.
Before joining Zeiss as a Senior Data Product Owner, Mustika worked as a Business Intelligence Analyst for over four years, where she was responsible for end-to-end data product development at the HR unicorn startup, Personio. Her role primarily involved building data models and reports for business stakeholders, specifically focusing on monthly recurring revenue (MRR) and cost-related calculation used within the company.
At Zeiss, Mustika continues to create impact for business stakeholders by leveraging her experience and knowledge in leading the creation of scalable data products that can assist the businesses with insights and work more efficiently.
