Daniel Dötzl studied Intelligent Transport Systems as well as Industrial Engineering and Management. After graduating, he worked at Wiener Linien GmbH & Co KG in the field of digitalisation. There he worked with specialists in software engineering, programming, maths and statistics to develop an open source database for technical assets. He also teaches public transport at the University of Applied Sciences Technikum Wien. In 2011, Daniel and his colleagues received the City of Vienna's Future Prize in the "Newcomers & Start-Ups" category for their innovative idea of making electric vehicles audible with little effort.
